ORDER

This present petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her son's life and limb based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2019 and investigate the matter.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police. 3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that on a promise made by the third respondent, who according to her, is serving in the armed forces, she had physical relationship with him. Now, she faces threat on her life and liberty. 4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner is pending.

on the pending complaint and take such appropriate decision as may be necessary to provide police protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
