Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 323, 506(i), 379 (NH) IPC r/w 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.86 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner taking advantage of the absence of the defacto complainant's husband from India, the petitioner herein with a malafide intension trespassed into the defacto complainant's house and attempted to misbehave with her and took away the gold jewelleries and her mobile phone. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the respondent.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the property in question is yet to be recovered and on instructions from the prosecution, it is further submitted that there is another case pending against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Taking note of all these aspects, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
