The petitioner seeks a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate / Additional Mahila Court to expedite the disposal of Cr.M.P.No.3376 of 2018 in D.V.C.No.107 of 2016.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate-cum-Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirapalli, is directed to dispose of the Cr.M.P.No.3376 of 2018 in D.V.C.No.107 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
