Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner had given a complaint against the private respondents herein. The petitioner wants enquiry to be conducted into it.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the second respondent had already enquired into the matter and closed the same.
