ORDER

The petitioners have filed this petition seeking a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioners without any legally sustainable complaint and not to interfere in civil dispute. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint of the fifth respondent alleging that the father-in-law of the fifth respondent had mortgaged her jewels to favour the petitioners, the petitioners were called for on enquiry by the fourth respondent. Now the complaint is transferred to the file of the third respondent and as of now, the enquiry is pending before the third respondent. He further submits that there is no harassment. 3.In view of the above submission, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint of the fifth respondent against the petitioners and conclude the same within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
