ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.28 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that a complaint in Crime No.28 of 2018, registered under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC was enquired and a final report was submitted by stating that "Action Dropped" because of the joint compromise made between the parties. To that extent, an affidavit of joint compromise has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
