ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.14495 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1136 of 2023 dated 13.10.2023.

2. In pursuance of the direction of this Court, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Bhoothapandy has submitted a report stating that the petitioner has appeared and signed before the said Court on the first working day of every month except on 02.01.2025.

3. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court, once in an alternative month i.e., on the first working day of alternative month commencing from March-2025 at https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) NO. 1238 of 2025 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
