ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner has already engaged Mr.M.Maran, Advocate, to conduct her case. Thereafter, since she did not have confidence with the counsel engaged by her, she authorised his father-in-law as Power Agent of herself to argue the matter.

2.Accordingly, Mr.Kanagaraj the father-in-law Power Agent of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had purchased the property from one Mr.Avudaiyappan in the year 2017 as an investment. One local rowdy namely Abdul Rahim demanded a huge money from the petitioner. Since the petitioner refused to pay the money to him, he filed this false complaint before the respondent police and with the connivance of the respondent police he registered the case. 3.Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the prima facie investigation reveals that the above said nanja land was belonged to Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple. By creating the bogus document with the connivance of the petitioner, they purchased the property illegally and tress passed with the aid of Goondas and removed 80 coconut trees standing on the nanja land. 4.Post the matter on 20.03.2019 for filing counter and disposal.
