ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the M.O.P.No.764 of 2023 from the file of the Family Court, Puducherry to the file of Sub Court, Ambasamudram and try along with H.M.O.P.No. 110 of 2023.

2.The facts in brief:

The marriage of the parties was solemnized on 10.06.2018. Out of the above said wedlock they blessed with a child. Thereafter, due to some misunderstanding they separated and the above said M.O.P. proceedings was initiated by the respondent before the Family Court, Puducherry. The petitioner is facing difficulty to travel long distance to attend the above said proceedings at Puducherry. Moreover, the petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.110 of 2023 before the Sub Court, Ambasamudram. Hence, seeking transfer this petition has been filed. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even though the respondent was served with notice, none appears on behalf of him. His name was also printed in the cause list.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the convenience of the wife, the M.O.P.No.764 of 2023 filed by the respondent on the file of the Family Court, Puducherry, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the Sub Court, Ambasamudram to try along with H.M.O.P.No.110 of 2023.

5.Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 14.03.2024 NCC :
