ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Based upon the complaint made by the petitioner, an enquiry was initiated by the third respondent against the fourth respondent. As there was further progress thereafter, since the said explanation was sought for way back on 16.11.2020, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition to expedite the same.

2. Taking note of the limited scope of the prayer sought for and without expressing anything on the merits of the case, we direct the third respondent to conclude the enquiry, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
