The contempt petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order dated 04.10.2019 passed in W.P(MD)No.2490 of 2014 by the contemnors/respondents.

2. The respondents have issued a proceedings, dated 21.02.2021, wherein a calculation memo has been shown. The respondents have granted benefits of G.O.No.210, dated 14.08.2009 by fixing the salary of Rs.2350/2200-75-2800-100-4000 and the petitioner's earlier salary was Rs.2180/1640-60-2600-75-2900.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents also submitted that the order, dated 04.10.2019 passed in W.P(MD)No.2490 of 2014, is complied with.
