3.M.Jaya : Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to issue a direction to the second respondent by directing him not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry of the complaint lodged by the third respondent, and consequently direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of a land of an extent of 872 sq.ft. and a tile roof house constructed thereon bearing No.1/29 having the plinth area of 400 sq.ft comprised in survey No.61/3E, Patta No.167, New survey No.61/3E4 at Manthaiyamman Kovil Street, Vairawanatham Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District vide register sale deed in Document No.1659/2017 dated 21.08.2017. ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the official respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
