2.The appellant had challenged the show cause notice issued by the District Collector. The learned single Judge dismissed the writ petition on the ground that at the show cause notice stage, interference is not possible. Challenging the same, this Writ Appeal has been filed. 3.The learned counsel for the appellant states that the lease period itself is over. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4
