This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members, based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted thateven after discharging the mortgage loan, the fourth respondent is claiming exorbitant interest and along with the respondents 5 to 7, trespassed in to the petitioner's property and criminally intimidated her and hence, a complaint has been lodged before the third respondent, so far no action being taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after enquiry, the complaint has been closed as it is civil in nature.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to seek remedy before the appropriate forum available under law.
