ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner on the investigation of the second respondent.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent Police.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) reports that a case in Crime No.59 of 2018 under Section 279 and 337 IPC has been registered against the petitioner and the same is pending. 5.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
