PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to issue house site patta to petitioner dwelling house situated at Door No.1443/A 14, Seethalakshmi Nagar, Thondi Road, Paiyoor Pillaivoyal Village, Sivagangai by considering petitioner's representation dated 20-01-2020. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 20.01.2020 and to grant house site patta to the petitioner with respect to subject property.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the proceedings of the second respondent dated 23.03.2021. On going through the same, it is seen that the request made by the petitioner has been rejected.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings of the second respondent, it is left open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
