This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent herein to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.03.2018 and take necessary action. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and thereafter, the said complaint was closed, stating that there is no occurrence happened on that date. A copy of the said closure report has also been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to the petitioner to adjudicate before the competent forum.
