Respondents Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the Trustees of the 6th Respondent Trust as per the Tamil Nadu Public Trusts (Regulation of Administration of Agricultural Lands) Act, 1961 and consequently directing respondents 1 to 3 to collect the Rent/Lease Amount from the petitioner in respect of the landed properties in Survey No.109/3A to an extent of 0.20.5 Ares at Gunaseelam Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District belonging to the 6th respondent's Trust on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2021.

Mr.H.Lakshmi Shankar COMMON ORDER These writ petitions are filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the Trustees of the 6th respondent Trust as per the Tamil Nadu Public Trusts (Regulation of Administration of Agricultural Lands) Act, 1961 and consequently directing respondents 1 to 3 to collect the rent/lease amount from the petitioners in respect of the landed properties at Gunaseelam Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District belonging to the 6th respondent's Trust on the basis of the petitioners' representations dated 11.01.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the sixth respondent against whom the petitioners request action to be taken, submitted that the sixth respondent has been receiving the rents and copies of the rent receipts have also been filed before this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, no further orders are required in these writ petitions and accordingly, all these Writ Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
