Let me leave the issue to rest entirely between the petitioner and the respondents as it is claimed that representations had been given and it is further claimed by the learned Government Advocate that the respondents are prepared to consider the representations. Let the respondents take a decision about the representations given. The Court's interference in this regard is not required.

2. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
