ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the Trustees of the 6th respondent Trust as per the Tamil Nadu Public Trusts (Regulation of Administration of Agricultural Lands) Act, 1961 and consequently directing respondents 1 to 3 to collect the rent/lease amount from the petitioner in respect of the landed properties in Survey No.97/1 to an extent of 02.00.0 Ares and Survey No.40/1 to an extent of 1.00.0 acres at Gunaseelam Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District belonging to the 6th respondent's Trust on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.01.2021.

2. It is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent that the petitioner has not been tendering the rent, but however, the sixth respondent is ready to receive the rent, if it is tendered by the petitioner.
