Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 439 (1)(b) r/w 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, praying to modify the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate No.III, FAC, Tiruchirappalli in Crl.M.P.No. 272 of 2019 dated 23.01.2019 ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. R.JEGADEESWARAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHY, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2041 of 2019 on 08.02.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.2041 of 2019 on 08.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD) No.2041 of 2019 on 08.02.2019, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
