[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2024 and to issue community certificate of Schedule Tribe in favour of the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by producing the copy of the communication dated 29.01.2024 sent by the Revenue Divisional Officer to the petitioner, stated that the petitioner has not made online application for issuing the community certificate and if any such application is made, the same will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner agreed to issue necessary instructions to the petitioner to submit an application through online.
