ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking police protection alleging that the fourth respondent is interfering with the petitioner's right to property.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint filed by the fourth respondent is enquired and closed.

4. Since the nature of the complaint or how it came to be closed were not spelled out, the petitioner is now directed to file a fresh representation / complaint to the third respondent. The third respondent is directed to hold such necessary enquiry into https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same and take appropriate decision to accord police protection for the petitioner's life, limb and right to his property. However, the third respondent is instructed that if there is any strong objection to the petitioner's title, then he should deal with the issue cautiously as it may involve some civil dispute.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
