************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to close the TASMAC Bar shop No.3142, situated just opposite to Bus stop and adjacent to CSI Church and Suriya Tuition centre on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2023.

2.Heard Mr.H.Arumugam, learned Standing Counsel for first respondent, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government pleader for second respondent and Mr.S.S.Madhavan, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the fourth respondent. 3.We are not satisfied with the reasons stated in the representation dated 10.08.2023 submitted by the petitioner. The said TASMAC shop has been running for the past ten years and the petitioner has not agitated the issue so far. Now after 10 years, the petitioner has sent such a representation to the authorities. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
