PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to transfer the investigation of the above case in Crime No. 480 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent herein or some other investigation agency. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the above case in Crime No. 480 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent herein or some other investigation agency.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.480 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 304(A) of IPC. Till then, final report has not been filed. Hence, the petitioner filed this petition seeking transfer of investigation.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that the respondent police almost completed the investigation and final report yet to be filed. 4.In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
