ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is A1 in Crime No.587 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 436, 511 IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPPDL Act, on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.08.2015. He seeks bail. 2.According to the de facto complainant, the Supervisor of TASMAC Shlp No.8514, Bodi,that on 18.08.2015 at about 11.50 pm the accused broke open the shop and caused damage worth of Rs.400/-. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the de facto complainant is not an eye witness for the occurrence and only on suspicion, he was arrested. He further submitted that even according to the de facto complainant, the accused have not committed theft of liquor bottles nor taken away cash from the shop. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Considering the overt-act attributed against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur, Theni District, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required. sd/- 03/09/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
