Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2021 and to take action on the petitioner's complaint as expeditiously as possible within time stipulated as prescribed by this Court and register his complaint.

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.01.2021 and to take action on his complaint as expeditiously as possible within time stipulated by this Court. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), based on the complaint given by petitioner, a case in crime No.9 of 2021 has been registered by the second respondent on 24.03.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) and 498(A) of I.P.C.
