ORDER

This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.11140 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD).No.590 of 2024, dated 19.10.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner has complied the condition without fail. He would further submit that he is a daily wage and suffering from various ailments. Due to which, he is unable to appear before the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Periyakumam. Hence, he prayed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4.
