20.03.1972 in the name of the petitioner's husband by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026 within a time that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to conduct survey on the property in S.F.No. 320/7A, measuring an extent of 21 Cents including the petitioner's own pathway (5 Feet Width lying south - north direction), situated at Ayingudi West, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, which is under her possession and enjoyment and demarcate boundary as mentioned in the registered sale deed dated 20.03.1972 in the name of the petitioner's husband, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is hereby dispensed with.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the property in question and that the representation seeking survey and demarcation of its boundaries is pending without any progress.
5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that proper steps would be taken to survey and demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
6. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026 and demarcate the petitioner's land, after considering the claims of the petitioner, the respondents 4 and 5 and any other rival parties, if any, and to pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act,
1923, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state that in the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to work out their remedies before the Civil Court.
7. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
