ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S G.KARNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.D.SIVARAMAN on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent corporation.

He prays for time to file his counter. But, I am of the view that the delay can be condoned. The delay stands condoned. However, the claimant will not be entitled any interest for the delay period of 2501 days.
