PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to secure the petitioner's wife namely Sangeetha aged about 25 years from the illegal custody of the respondents 4 and 5 herein and set her at liberty. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to secure the petitioner's wife, namely, Sangeetha, aged about 25 years, from the illegal custody of the respondents 4 and 5 herein and set her at liberty.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that while pending the Criminal Original Petition, the wife of the petitioner was secured and handed over to the petitioner. 3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
