This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 05 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the award made in M.C.O.P.No.1712 of 2019, dated 15.3.2024, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/Special Sub Judge, Tirunelveli, pending disposal of the appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.R1 and R2 name printed in the cause list no representation.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
