The present petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of a complaint preferred by the petitioner's mother. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the girl is aged around 14 years and she has a propensity to walk away from her house. This is the third occasion she has left her house and she has been retrieved and handed over to the petitioner.

3.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
