Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.363 of 2021 registered on the file of the fourth respondent. Contending that the fourth respondent is indifferent, this criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation. 3.Taking note of the apprehensions expressed by the petitioner, the fourth respondent is directed to file the final report on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police shall monitor the investigation and he personally vet the final report before it is filed.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of on these terms.
