ORDER: This Criminal original Petition coming on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.M.C.SWAMY, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Thiru.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE, for the first respondent, this Court made the following order:
This Court while disposing of the petition, by Order, dated 21.03.2019 directed the petitioner to pay a cost of Rs.1000/- to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund" and also directed the Registry to post the matter for compliance. Accordingly, this matter is listed today, under the caption 'for compliance'.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has paid the cost amount as directed by this Court and also produced a copy of the receipt for perusal of this Court.
