This criminal original petition is filed to transfer the investigation, from the file of the second respondent, which is registered for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 379 and 506 (I) IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet is laid. In the charge sheet, the offence under Section 379 IPC is deleted.

3. The above said statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. The petitioner is now directed to approach the trial Court for appropriate remedies as per law.
