PRAYER : This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order of the suit in C.M.A.C.S.No.3 of 2014 dated 16.03.2017 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed in C.M.A.C.S.No.3 of 2014, dated 16.03.2017, by the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the interest calculated by the Bank is excessive and arbitrary against the guidelines issued by RBI to the Bank. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the petitioner undertakes to pay the dues payable to the respondent under One Time Settlement Scheme.

C.R.P(MD).No.406 of 2020 4.Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent for settling the dues by way of One Time Settlement Scheme and negotiate the matter.

5.With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
