ORDER

The present petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in FIR No.263 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and file final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioner submitted that the investigation is underway and the Investigating Agency is still require some material from the petitioner to conclude the investigation to its logical end.

4. In such circumstances, the petitioner is now directed to share all such necessary information or material to the Investigating Agency to conclude the investigation. For that purpose, the Investigating Agency is directed to issue necessary summons mentioning specific date and time for enquiry to the petitioner. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
