: Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the second respondent to file the final report in respect of Crime No.192 of 2018 under Section 288, 337, 304 (A) which become later altered as 304 IPC registered by the respondent police dated 29.06.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

ORDER

The present petition is filed to direct the second respondent to file the final report in respect of the case in Crime No.192 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in this matter is substantially over and final report will be laid shortly.

4. Considering the above submission, the second respondent is now directed complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of six weeks from today (i.e., 07.03.2019).

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
