Praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court will be pleased to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam to expedite the trial and dispose of the petition as expeditiously possible in Cr.MP.No.4774 of 2015 in M.C.No.14 of 2015. ORDER: The Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Court, and the letter of the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam in D.No.5615, dt: 12/12/2015, this Court made the following order:- The Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam sought further extension of three months' time to dispose of the case in Cr.M.P.NO.4774 of 2015.

2. Time is extended for further period of three months, with a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, to conduct the trial

of the case on day today basis and the case shall not be adjourned beyond two working days at any point of time.
