18180 & 18182/2019 Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant an order of injunction against the contesting Respondents 1 and 2 and also restraint their henchmen, servants or agents from making any construction or alteration in the scheduled property in OS No.484 of 1961 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai till the disposal of this petition. Prayer in CRP(MD).

Pleased to call for the records and set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in EA No.132 of 2018 in EP No.10 of 2016 in OS No.484 of 1961 dated 25.01.2019 by the learned Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District and allow this Civil Revision with costs throughout.

CMP(MD) No.9331 of 2021 upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.S.R.VENKAT RAMANA, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition in order to correct the schedule of properties given in the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Accepting the request, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh application.
