[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous, inasmuch as the detenu Balamurugan was secured and thereafter, the marriage of the petitioner with Balamurugan has also been dissolved by a decree of divorce.
