This petition has been filed by the petitioners to direct the respondents to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners, their family members and property comprised in Survey Nos.103/3, 109/1A, 109/1B, 154/9 situated at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sevanthilingapuram Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 23.12.2017 to the second respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is still pending.

3.Though a larger relief sought by the petitioners in this petition, this Court directs the second respondent to enquire the matter and if the enquiry reveals that any cognizable offence is made out, the second respondent is directed to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

4.With the aforesaid direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
