RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 657 days in in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the judgment and decree dated 29.10.2010 passed in MCOP.No.1583/2005 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Madurai.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.PRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 657 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Though Notice was served on the respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, the respondent has not chosen to appear https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ either in person or through Counsel.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit filed for condonation, delay of 657 days is condoned and the petition is ordered on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Rojavanam Homeless and Aged Care Centre, Melur Road, Uthangudi, Madurai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
