CMP(MD) No.1564 of 2020 2.It is represented that the conditional order passed by this Court on 19.04.2017 has been complied with.

3. This Court taking into consideration the averments made in Paragraph No.4 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, permits the petitioner to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company.

4. In the result, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
