PRAYER in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.547 of 2018: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.10.2017 on the file of the respondent police and investigate the same in accordance with law.

Side) (in both petitions) ***** COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to register a case based upon a complaint given by the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 01.10.2017 at 3 p.m., when the petitioner was returning to his house, the proposed accused persons waylaid him and abused him and also criminally intimidated him. Hence he lodged a complaint on 01.10.2017 and for that, CSR No.237 of 2017 has been issued. He further submitted that subsequently the same proposed accused persons, on 03.10.2017 at about 10.30 a.m., again way laid the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner and did the same kind of offence and for that also another complaint has been lodged on 09.10.2017, but the second respondent so far has not taken any steps to register a case. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) has submitted that an enquiry has been conducted in both the complaints and after enquiry both the complaints have been closed as no such occurrence has took place.

5.By way of reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that so far the petitioner has not received any information with regard to the closing of the complaint. 6.Considering the above said submissions, the second respondent is directed to send a communication to the petitioner with regard to the closing of the complaint and it is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the proper forum.

7. With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original petition are disposed of.
