[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the Petitioner's daughter namely, Jeyasurya, aged 17 years before this Court and hand over the custody to the Petitioner.

H.C.P.(MD) No.192 of 2021 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.G.Karuppasamy Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that the detenu was secured by the second respondent and produced before the Jurisdictional Magistrate and the custody of the detenu was handed over to the Petitioner. 3.In the light of the above statement, we are of the opinion that the relief sought for in this Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
