ORDER

The petitioner complains of threat to his right to property at the hands of the respondents 3 to 6 notwithstanding the fact that the petitioner had obtained decree in his favour in O.S.No.118 of 2011.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner is pending.

4. Considering the above submission, the second respondent is now directed to cause necessary enquiry in the pending complaint of the petitioner and to take such appropriate decision as may be necessary to protect the petitioner's interest to his property based on the decree of the civil Court in O.S.No.118 of 2011. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
