To modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.21225/2022 as report before Namakkal Town Police Station for until further orders instead of report before the respondent police station for until further orders in Crl.OP(MD)No.21225/2022 dt.1/12/2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LENIN KUMAR T, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.608 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21225 of 2022, dated 11.01.2023.

CRL MP(MD) No.2121 of 2023 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.608 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21225 of 2022, dated 11.01.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
