The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action as against the 4th respondent herein for doing Katta Panchayat in favour of the 5th respondent, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.12.2025. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 01.12.2025, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
